API credentials or OAuth tokens used to connect your broker account are encrypted at rest and in transit. They are used solely to read trader instructions and pass corresponding instructions to your account. We do not use them to withdraw funds or access your account for any other purpose. We do not store unencrypted credentials.

We share data with: (a) your selected broker, to the extent required to enable trade mirroring; (b) infrastructure and hosting providers acting as data processors under appropriate data processing agreements; and (c) law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by applicable law.
